We accept returns for physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products (including but not limited to digital art, downloads, files, or licenses), all digital sales are final.


Refunds will not be issued once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, except in cases of:

4. Services & Commissioned Work

 


Payments for services, including creative work and commissions, are non-refundable once work has begun.


If a project is canceled before work has started, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or processing fees.


Deposits for commissioned work are non-refundable and secure your spot and time.

 


 

 

5. Order Cancellations

 


Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped or a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be canceled.

 


 

 

6. Exchanges
